I've always been pretty active and healthy while avoiding the gym. I ended up in PT for my back but reached a limit to what they could do for me. Since I started working with Pamela though, she's helped me work on the neglected little muscles. I can feel the difference it makes for my back- and happen to gain the posture PT was trying to tell me about.
I really appreciate the access to expertise. I could watch videos, but that would take so much more time. And having one on one instruction in person, she's able to direct tiny adjustments to target the right muscles, and adapt routines on the fly, so I get the most out of every minute.
I wasn't expecting how much creativity she would bring to this!
